Terms of Service

Acceptance
By downloading or using Kaliber, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Kaliber is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your use of the app. These terms supplement that agreement; if they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls your license to use the app.
Not medical advice
Kaliber provides general fueling guidance derived from sport-science defaults and the information you enter. It is not medical advice and not individualized nutritional advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment. Fueling needs vary between individuals and conditions. Use your own judgment, train with your plan before race day, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate — especially if you have a medical condition. You are responsible for what you consume during training and racing. Targets are general estimates held within published sport-science ranges — not personalized medical or clinical advice. See how Kaliber calculates these numbers.
Acceptable use
Use Kaliber for its intended purpose — planning your own race-day fueling. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app except as permitted by Apple's Standard EULA or applicable law.
Disclaimers & liability
Kaliber is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its calculations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date above.
